I heard the only difference is a little wider chassis. Probably will not be hard to convert your sp1.

From my understanding, not wider, but longer! To include moving the engine back a hair. Also, they are suppose to have some sort of brakes that when you are in a full turn the front brakes release themselves. Something of that nature anyway! Just my .02

wouldnt that be against any sort of efra racing rules, considered as a driving aid, making then illegal in european race rules, even over here we would be hard stretched to bend the rules to fit that in

The brake option is not going to be included in the SP2 kit from what I hear. It was developed by a man with the last name of Lamar. People are still debating about the legality of it with ROAR and such, but it is just a linkage that connects the steering servo to the front brake lever and relieves the pressure of braking to the front wheels. Seems like a really neat idea. It is adjustable so it will start the release of braking power when you want and how much you want.

actually the brake option isnt included in the kit, will cost you xtra, according to kyosho on a neobuggy.net the car will have a longer chassis (milled like the kanai 3 )5 mm shock towers, and the motor moved back.
