I'm masking an HPI MT-1 ST body (1/10 - 200mm)
I bought the 4oz bottle, and after the second coat, I've used about 3/4 of the bottle. Is that enough cover now after 2 coats? (Applied with a brush)

You're going to want to make sure it's coated heavily. I'd say go for a third coat at least to make sure. I have used it before and if it's too thin it's really a pain to peel off. So make it thick and you'll be a lot more successful...

I'd agree with CandyMan. Sounds like you might have just enough left to do a third coat. When peeling it off, it tends to tear if its too thin. When its thicker (3+ coats) it'll stretch as you peel it.

Post some pics of your work when your done!

I use the stuff all the time. I usually buy it on-line in either the 16 or 32 oz size.

As stated, if you have too few coats, its a bear to get off. I use 5 coats applied with a brush. I make sure not to much tons on, but 5 nice even coats....

I am painting a body and this is my first time using this stuff, It seems good and easy to use .

The number of coats you get depends how thin you apply each coat. You might get 3 coats, I might get 6 out of the same bottle. You probably have plenty on there. Another coat for good measure and call it good.

Well I had a nice coat - it all came off fine. Unfortunately for my design desires, it does NOT stick to the back of the Jackal Paint Transfer though. When I cut out teh webbing behind the transfer, it just came off. I adapted and removed all the webbing and left just a basic side graphic and painted the hood one color. All pearl purple applied - I should get the black done tonight - then white - then peel the windows and do the tint.
