On my NTC3, the front and rear differential. It doesn't use gear oil like my 8ight. What does it use? A light grease?

Probably Silicone like my Mugen, I've been told that 30000w front and 10000w rear is a good mix but am yet to try it out (probably this weekend) as I'm still using one way in the front.
just found some info which said don't sub out the "Tranny Diff lube" with any other products after the guy had mentioned silicone so maybe not - there must be someone on the site running an NTC3 who knows.

Not the same dif as what's in a scale, like mentioned they are not sealed difs. you can grease them lightly but there's ball-difs, one-way's, etc. The stock difs on a NTC3 can be tightened by holding one side with a screwdriver through the outdrive and tighten the hex head through the other outdrive, if I remember right from mine, but that was a while ago.
