has any one got diff fuels to work in a std rc nitro truck. and iam not talking about diesel eather. like acetone, gasoline, naptha. so on

has anyone been able to use fuels other than diesel, methanol, nitromethane in a rc nitro engine?

I'm pretty sure NO!!! HAHA.. but nitro engines will only work with nitro fuel.. can't get around it!!!! SORRY!!!!

yea nitro i think your right, otherwise it would talked about a lot. i think ill NOT risk my nitro engine, and just use what should be.

well i got to thinking if one tryed gasoline in a nitro engine you would have to lean it down by about half. methanol a/f raito is about 6:1 to 8:1, gas is 14.7:1. i dont think the carb could do that. looking forward to hearing other peoples ideas.
