I just purchased this really nice used Diablo Spitfire: 55 inch wingspan; Enya 60 4st Engine; 5 servos; Retracts + Servo; Autoglow Unit. I've been building and flying RC planes for a very long time, but I have never seen nor heard of this model before. Does anyone have any knowledge of the company which produced it? I can't find any reference to it at all, which is making me even more curious about its history, age, etc. Any info would be welcome. Thanks for reading, Tony

Byron Originals, Goldberg models, Great Planes, Top Flight, try those.

Thanks for all your comments, but nope, I didn't discover anything at all using the "all knowing" Mr Google

Also, I really wonder why I purchased the model in the first place, seeing as I'd already decided to give-up IC-powered models and had sold most of my engines, and some complete planes with engines, etc. I am also well-into converting my remaining models to electric-power. Hence, the Spitfire is now on eBay and looking for a new home

I'm still curious about the model's manufacturing company and will continue watching-out for clues into the future

Cheers,
Tony
