Just wanted to share my body destruction. Just from regular bashing! Not even major jumping. Went brushless and this body crumbled. Oh well. Probably no way to fix this. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1335800353.078860.webp

Thanks, what's glass tape? Never heard of it.

Fiberglass drywall tape. Go to your hardware store and ask them, they'll know what it is. It's just a sticky mesh. I use that and CA glue. Press the tape down and glue it all over, including the crack itself.

Oh great thanks. I have this tape already, nice, I'll get to work! You think CA glue works better than shoe goo?

I do, yes. Just make sure you line the crack up right. Fill it inside and outside, and get the edges of the tape, and get the tape on either side of the cracks.

Nothing works better than shoe goo for fixing bodies! Follow Racers advice and you can save it. Most likely the reason that happened was because of how you trimmed it. You should never have 90 degree cuts in the corners, every cut on every body I do has rounded inside corners, some just slightly, but rounded none the less. I have that same lid on my Savage SS and have beat it to death and it looks nothing like that.

Thanks for the tips, I will keep this in mind.
