That’s no excuse.
I know this first hand having battled dyslexia all my life.
What it is true laziness on his part either not working at dealing with the issue or flat out not giving a poop. Either way excuses don’t yield results.

Dyslexia is 99% manageable. People that use it as an excuse to be lazy does nothing but piss me off. It’s like saying you don’t brush your teeth or take a bath because you only have one arm. Again its total laziness and / or just not giving a damn.
