I've pretty much finnished breaking in my SH .28 with 8 tanks done
However the engine either chokes or cuts out when turning right and only right which is ok while braking in but when it comes to driving it's really annoying any suggestions as to why it does this and how I can fix it

Is your fuel line getting pinched or something? Steering should have no effect on your engine whatsoever..... If you get on the brakes is the engine stalling? If so....set your idle properly, but it sounds like that may not be the case. Only thing I can think of is fuel line or pressure line. Check em both....

I think it might be the way the inlet for the carb is pointing so if this is the case the G force when turning right affects the fuel in the lines making it hard to move against it I'll just turn the inlet and see if it works parallel to the car

Inlet position shouldn't matter. The pressure line acts like a fuel pump for these little cars. As long as your tank seals, and your pressure line is not leaking...and your fuel line is not leaking.....you should be fine.

What kind of truck is it?

On my LST, the fuel pickup in the tank is in the front left, when I get close to empty any time I'm making hard left turns my motor starts to race a bit from air getting in the line as the fuel is being held in the right forward or right rear of the tank.

Is this something that happens regardless of your fuel level?

It's a HSP Bazooka 1/8 buggy and yeah it only happens when I make a hard right regardless of the fuel level if I slow right down it's fine and the hsn is in the right of the carb if ur looking at the front of the engine
