I was having a problem with my printer, so I called customer support, this is kind of how the call went...



Customer Service: Hello, how may we help you?

Me : Hi, our printer is not working.

Customer Service: What is wrong with it?

Me : I think the mouse is jammed.

Customer Service: Mouse? Printers don't have a mouse you fool!

Me: Hmmmm??.. Oh really ?... I will send a picture .
