Custom made exhaust tips needed

I am thinking of having my dad make me a custom exhaust. He is a machinest at Excel energy and can make just about anything out of aluminum. (And I mean anything) What are some of the tips you guys can give me to pass along to him? He will most likely use a Cnc lathe but I was wondering how a person can tune it. Lemme know and any tips is Greatly appriciated.

Its for my Maxx with the .15 pro in it.

oh its in the process..lol.. me and him have been working on a roll cage right now. so far its lookin bad ass!
