Crystal Question

I have a Nitro Stampede and a Revo 3.3(new 5309 model)....the revo has the 2.4GHz radio from traxxas.... The stock Nitro Stampede radio is the TQ 27MHz and i wanted to know if all the crystals worked because all of them are 27 am crystals as opposed to the brown one which is 27 fm..does that matter between fm and am even though both are 27 mhz???

You should only use AM crystals with AM TX/RX. It may not be that they are not compatible, but it's just a good practice.

yea i know that but i dont know if the radio is am or fm..it just says 27MHz???

The Traxxas 27's are AM.

Is it from Traxxas? I haven't ever seen an FM Traxxas radio.

The one you link to is AM,replacment for Traxxas not directly from Traxxas.
