i have the same shell and i use a pull starter and all i do is pull it through the tire well and start it and then push it back in when started or you can cut the body out so the starter is easyier to get to but if you cut it out you might lose some strengh from the back end of the body thats why i just do it through the tire opening

ok cheers mate exactly what i wanted to know...i threw away my old crowpleaser chell before i went pullstart was thinking about getting one but looking at pics chopping at the back part of a CP2 isn't as straight forward as a flat bed style shell...since you say its possible to pull trough the wheel well i think ill give that a go save making the body weaker

Is the crowd pleaser differ a lot from stock? I run a pullstart on mine, but it's a stock body. I raised the rear a little bit so I could get at the starter easier. I start it with the body off and normally don't kill it until I'm done for a little while anyway.

the tire wells are about the same without going into the back room and checking i have to say there are really close and you dont have to raise the body to do it cuz with the cp if you raise the bdy too much then the hole for the gas doesn't line up right so i left my body as low as i can for racing and it works out great i had to replace the mill after a really bad back fire and now it runs better then ever be4 and the cp body gives it some show to go along with the go. also olds when your getting ready to race you dont always have time to take the body off and start it and then put it back on and run to the drivers stand and try to race so i always leave my body on unless i am doing somthing under it then i pull it real quick and put it back on right away so i dont miss a race
