Yeah, i was thinking about the TOP .28... Everyone says it is one hell of an engine!

What you are looking for (mostly) is rpm and high speed. Not torque (pointless in a tiny car that will flip over everytime) Get a Novarossi and you will love it. If you get that Fantom, you'll be flipping on your back everytime you touch the throttle. SPEED SPEED SPEED!

yeah, but a P5 will probably beat it. You don't want that much horsepower or you wont be able to even drive it and it wont be fun.

its not as much hp...its the rpms so can gear it tall for that maximum speed!!!!!!

tyler

i thought the fantom was claimed to have the highest rps of all big blocks...

tyler

wasp said like 41,000 or somethin... i know it was higher than 37,000

Edit: Yeah, just checked... the wasp is 42,800rpms...

awe go ahead and shoe horn in one of those .70 OHV aerocraft engines in it. Make it a 4 second 1/4 mile car. Thats about the most you would get out of it before it sucked that 75cc tank dry :hehe: :hammer:

Heheh... I would need like 16 shocks on that vehicle to support that amount of weight... I think I'm gonna stick with my 8-port untill i have enough funds to fund this kind of program... I'm also building another t-maxx and a custom nitro rustler, so i think this will be put on hold for a while... I'm not backing out of it, just waiting a little while...

Gah, I almost catch up to you with my .21 in RC10 and there you go again.
:worship:

Bringin the thread up again. I have the collari .32 comin on friday!!! I need a roto-start hand held thing, and i will be ready to rip!!! i can't wait to see the flipping and wheelies...

LOL I knew thats what you were going to do with that crazy engine! I saw it in your other thread that you were tryin to keep everyone in suspense but I KNEW IT I CAN"T WAIT TO SEE THIS... its gonna be freakin crazy

Well, now that i have a digital video camera, there will be footage!

what gearing are you going for this time around?

what gearing are you going for this time around?

AHHH!!! I will do that!!! Thanks.

As for gearing... Break in will be with 18/60, which will also be my off road gearing. On road racing will be 24/54!!!! I'm waitin to see it take off like a plane again... :hammer:
