No that is definately not good. Has this motor been rebuilt before? is it possible it is the wrong rod, the one in the drawing looks more tapered than the one in the pic. There is a strong posibility your piston and sleeve could be damaged as well. That rubbing has removed material inside the engine, material that has basically turned in to grinding pasted mixed with the fuel and oil. Check the rest of the mill thouroughly, before wasting money on a trashed mill. What engine is this anyway?

Well... if that diagram is the one for that engine, it appears to be the Orion Wasp 26 (according to tower part # searches).

New piston/sleeve: $56 or $57 (pull start/non pull start)
New con-rod: $35

The con-rod in your pic doesn't look much like the one listed on tower for that engine. But, then again, I'm assuming your engine is this: Orion Wasp 26 There are two piston/sleeve setups for that engine depending on whether or not the engine is pull or non-pull start. The one for the non-pull start looks like it has more aggressive porting (with racers with bump starters in mind).

yepp its an wasp.26 and there were much minipieces but it hadnt fiddlesticked up the cylinder lucky me and its cleand up ill but p an video of the prob in a min thx for th help

EDIT: can i run without this part?
