I want to get a roto start backplate for this engine. I've bought a couple but they didnt not fit. Could someone please help me find one. Thanks..

I need one to be 28mm from hole to hole..
From which hole to which hole? Engine back plates arent square. I havent used a roto start in probably 10 years but iirc most of them are fairly interchangeable as long as it compatible with a .28/.30 and fits your owb. All I could come up with that might help is this reference page from Tiger Drive. It has a bunch of sizing info for their roto start systems.
