I can't open any jpeg files. I get an error message saying "arithmetic results exceeded 32 bits". What does this mean and how do I fix it?? By the way I'm running windows 7 on a windows laptop. I recently updated the drivers for the quick touch buttons and I think thats what is causing this.

I never encountered that problem.
Go back and roll back the drivers you updated. That would be my first suggestion.
