Then it is both a PEBKAC AND ID-10T error... lol

This is a very common problem among people who don't clean their registry of various garbage that accumulates on the computer for years. Also, you may not have updated your drivers to the latest versions, which may even cause this problem. On the Internet, there're a lot of registry cleaner windows in free access, which will help you get rid of numerous problems with your computer and keep it always in good condition. Also, after cleaning the registry, update all the drivers on your computer and you'll notice how much faster it will work.

After reading the responses and what you have done to troubleshoot it, the problem is quite simple to fix. You will need a few things, which could be pricey. First, go buy another computer. Next, and this is the most important part, you will need to purchase a 1/4 scale RC off-road truck. Tie your old computer to back of it with a distance of 6ft between them and drag the stinking computer around your yard until there is nothing left of it. Make sure your try to make quick turns, close enough to a tree or pole, so the computer will whip around and smash into it. You are now happy and no longer stressed about your broken computer. SEE? Problem solved and you now have a 1/4 scale off-road truck. I should be a psychiatrist. 1/4 scales can fix anything problem. If someone ticks you off and you're feeling nothing but rage... chase them down with a 1/4 scale. See, it's that simple. They can be 1/4 trucks, cars, boats, planes, helicopters, etc...
