Hmm, I think USPS flat rate is the lowest that USPS provides (correct me if I'm wrong, because I don't think Media Mail would let me ship that), so $4 and I'll include delivery confo. But correct me if you can use media mail.

You can't use Media Mail legally. Flat rate is $4.80 + $.65 for the DC. You can get a cheap padded envelope at Wally World and send it First Class.
