hey guys, got my t-maxx with the 3.3 broken in, having a ball but it had too much wheelie, so I added a few teeth, running a robinson racing 23 tooth, with a RR 72 tooth(still pulls the wheels off but dosen't flip and is sooo fast), but... in my infinite wisdom I didn't take into account the stock clutch. :opps: dusted it!! so now I get to be a candidate for the new clutch club. I have an intergy 3 piece aluminum on order( with the flywheel et-all), what would you guys reccomend? I am going to have to replace the clutch on my other maxx as well (2.5 blue) money is not an object, durability is.what do I do? or do I go for it and grenade a third(4th) engine?

I'd recommend a different brand. Nova's are good and so are HCR's. They make their stuff out of machined 7075 instead of cast/polished 6061 like integy.

I tried a set of integy's and they melted so bad within one bash session that I destroyed the spring trying to get them off the truck. That was with a true BB conversion maxx.

i also have to state not to even try out the integy 3 shoe clutch for 2 reasons one is the shoes will be destroyed after about 1 or 2 tanks of fuel and it causes the motor to over rev and can harm your motor two you canot buy replacement shoes for it without buying a whole intire clutch set up do what olds said and go with another one it might be a tad buit more but better in the long run
