Clutch problems?

Recently did FOC and thought everything was installed right. But when it starts.. it goes into gear instead of sitting still. Also wheels seem to be going backwards? I'm really confused and fustrated with this tmaxx. Putting in $$ but nothing is going my way. Should of bought RTR!

I'm done with the thing today Getting frustrated doesn't help me, just mess with it later.

I also notice it doesn't seem to freewill when i roll it on ground. The spur gear spins when its rolling foward.

Help would be highly appreciated!!!!

Clutch spring or too high of idle causing the wheels to turn.

With the FOC and wheels turning in reverse, means your diffs are both upside down and need flipped.
