soo i should where googles and gloves when handeling this alcohale right. I'm not worried about the fums. On the rims should i use 409 so i wont tare of the paint?
 
great now i know how to cleran my veicle. i have decided to use denaterd alcohal, i also am cleaing it by sections. so i will take of some parts clean. that way i will not have trobles re asmbaling it. My only qustion left is i am worried about the survoes. I know it wont damage the but it will remove the paint. how should i clean the servo? :marshall:

I use a can of generic brake cleaner from the auto parts store. It cleans everything like a champ. You can pick up a big spray bottle for less than $4. The little red spray tips also help give it some added air pressure which helps blast off grime. After you spray it hit it up with a toothbrush (an old one of course), and you are done.

After you spray the brake cleaner on the part. You need to clean it right away because it will evaporate in about a minute. Thus, you don't get any left over cleaner residue.
