Christmas Holiday Plans

Spending the day with the wife and kids in the morning and then we'll head to my grandma's house, mom will be there. Dad passed away a couple of months ago, so Christmas won't be the same for me, going to take awhile to to adjust.
Luckily we don't have to travel far so even if the weather is bad we still get to spend it with family.

Clean....Sorry to hear that man. I know family deaths suck and leaves a huge hole in things. One of my favorite quotes about loss is from the author Mary Shelley and strangely enough from the book Frankenstein. "Heavy misfortunes have befallen us, but let us only cling closer to what remains and transfer our love for those whom we have lost to those who yet live." I really think it has a lot of truth to it. Have a great Christmas and love your family just that little bit more.

Thanks Joey. I do like that quote. It'll be an adjustment, but one thing I can say about my dads family, they are awesome people and have really helped my mom and our family out. That is what family is truely about!
