hi i am either going to get a losi xxx-nt adam drake edtion or a factory team RC10gt but i was wonderring about an engine for both. Will the FAntom FR15 nitro engine , pullstart side exhaust , roterary carb work in either and does any body have any info on it and if that doesn't work what do you reccomend (I've heard many good things about some of the os engines)

I've got the fantom rotarty carb in my GT. The power is respectable, but the low end lacks a bit. (many here say that Fantom engines are known for screaming top-end power bands, but notoriously lack in low-end power) As far as acceleration goes, i'm running a 15t CB and a 66t spur, and my buddy runs the same. He's got a Sirio .12 running with the turbo button....off the line he can take me by a truck's length, but after that it's dead on even. Also, my truck is quite a bit heavier than his is.

low-end = power that an engine makes at low RPM's
high-end (or top end) = power that an engine makes at high RPM's

do you have the xxx-nt because that manifold is the fatory team maniflold so i was wondering if the manifold has to work with the engine and the car or i could stick that manifold in the xxx-nt

you all are mad i have a fully upgraded gt even with custom made parts .21 convershion but I'm thinking of buying a sirio .21 2.5hp and 44,000 rpm now tell me that does not sound like a plan if you have the $$$

That would be a nice truck but what is it good for.Going up and down the street gets boring. If you took it offroad you coulndt get it to go without spining out.
