When I first started thinking about building this little guy I knew it would have Integy 1.9 wheels on it. With that said, I just had to do the jeepcj578 wheel mod to the Integy 1.9 wheels. Whatcha think ??

I drilled out the center caps on the wheels then screwed 2mm x 12 mm studs into the wheel adapter that come with the Integy wheels, 6 2mm nuts will hold the wheel on the adapter. I used red locktite that will hold the studs in place. I am using CAD to Chrome Toyota wheel nuts that I picked up from RPP Hobby.

Got my nut's all tightened up. :hehe:

That looks sweet Chip.

FYI ,Ace hardware has 2mm SS acorn nuts that would make some killer lug nuts. I used them on my upper links on my Berg,Really nice quality. They look chrome

I just threw the electronics on top of this piece of .80 styrene so I could run it. My plans are to mount everything underneath and build an interior.

Wow, chip, those wheels are AWESOME. If anything the studs are maybe a *smidge* too long at the moment, but eh.

Can I ask how long the K2-.5 chassis is end to end?
