I smoked the stock esc on my ERevo the same way you smoked the Sidewinder. I considered it a wake up call.

Been running the ESC on the back axle for a few years now with no problems. The idea is to keep the truck lid up and the wheels down.Sweet! You think the esc will be safe sitting there?
