More than likely, ebay will be the cheapest:
$399 ($414 w/shipping)
However... tower does have some coupons:
$440-Tower $40 coupon-$25 HPI factory rebate=$375 + shipping.
Unless you live in IL and have to pay tax. I think that's how that works... I pay tax when I buy from tower, but I live here.
