Cheap is the operable word and you will get what you pay for.

i heard a bit about those .... try to find any upgrades or replacement part for them....theyre chepe cuz they are a one timer ,once something breaks there good for the garbage pretty much

Ok here it goes. I bought one of these, it actually was not a bad buggy, But after i got my t-maxx i realized that you get what you pay for. They are cheap and it is apparent. Make a good decision here, if you are going to stay in the hobby, then get something you can have for a while. P.S. you can get parts for these but it is difficult.

I'd rather save what I have now and when I get the money for something higher tech, I'd spend it on that.

My son has an Exceed Ultra on road car he got from Raidentech. It's going into it's third year, and he's had no major problems with it. The parts that he has needed so far have been easy fixes, and he has had no major problems with the car yet. If you're on a budget, I wouldn't be afraid to buy another.

Well, you just have to realize that these cars are not for the serious driver. They are meant for newbies. In this respect they do serve a purpose. It's better to learn how to drive on one of these than a $600 1/8 buggy. The only problem i had with my Speedmaster VH-X5 is that i ran it into a dumpster doing about 45mph.

Yes, I agree. But what I meant was that it's best to get a car that your LHS is able to provide parts for. If something breaks, you don't always want to be buying online. I find my LHS more convenient for my parts because I have the cars that are popular. I started with a low-brand one, and they had no parts for it when I snapped an arm.
