RC Driving Style
hey,
I Just bent both of my stock savage Chassis plates and am looking to invest in some new ones. Do you have any suggestions? I'm looking for looks as well as durability. I noticed hotbodies made long chassis. Would these improve durability at all or just give me a longer truck? Also, the chassis that have really caught my eye are the HotBodies Carbon fiber chassis. How are these for strength? I Will only be using for bashing but would still like them to be able to take some hits. Thanks.

Drew

I have the hotbodies extended tvps, they work fine, only one issue to report. The extended driveline will not hold up to picco power. If you are gonna run a hot motor, you will be upgrading to a titanium new era extended dogbone. And this replacement is not as long as the hotbodies drive. So, save some frustration and look hard at the new era extended chasisplates and their driveline should work great with that combo.

I just got the GPM 4.75mm ones in silver and they say that they will polish them for .80 cents more for a total of 48.80 And they are basically started from a 4.75mm peice of aluminum, them milled down to a 2mm but have ridges of 4.75mm for added strength. Look awesome and not to expensive. And heavy duty....
