I am putting a 3.3 in my 2.5 max and need advice on what kind of center drive shafts to use that will fit a 2.5 max and that are strong enough to handle a 3.3 engine ??

Use an outer drive shaft from a newer truck, cut it down to size.

That engine doesn't make gobs of power that you are thinking.

Use the new 3.3 center's and you original 5mm 2.5 trany yokes, put a small 3mm washer under the u~joint's e~clip.
Leave the differential side alone they have the right 6mm yokes on them, you need to shorten the the front drive shaft barrel.
