I can get hold of a set of CEN genesis wheels fairly cheap and just wondered if they would fit a savage with the 23mm hex.

Basically is the axle and thread and all that the same or can anyone see any problems i might have with putting them on.

Cheers

yeh i understand it will suffer, it will be running off an STS .30

Will it put overly excessive strain on anything? i should imagine they would just basically be the same as hot bodies 7 inch'ers?

i probably wont like it within seconds as i've been running dirt bonz but wouldn't mind trying it if i can confirm they will at least fit ok.

The only problem i have with the huge tires is the greatly increased center of balance. You sit way higher....and roll more often. I was running AE MGT tires.....great for top end speed once the RPMs are up but....I went with some shorter treads now and am happier. But if bigger is better and rolling is cool....well hell yeah do it to it. I did....

Not to help with fit or not fit, I've noticed that the larger wheels/tires make trucks roll over obsticals much easier. They tend to also hit ramps smoother.

My buddies run LST/40 series on their LST's and muggy. They seemed to clear stuff a lot easier than I do with maxx sized wheels/tires.
