cb not stopped at idle

my lst2 spins the clutch bell a good rpm at idle. is this normal?? seems to be wearing the poop outta the trans slipper or cb bearings.

At idle, no. Rebuild your clutch.

the problem was bad tune, a fouled plug, dirt in slipper plates, and high idle. i think it's time for the long-life shoes when i tear the bell off.

Actually, a set of HPI savage teflon shoes cuts down on maintenance. It also lowers your engaged RPM a bit so it doesn't rev so high on take off.
