I have a lot of carbon fiber stock laying around so I fabbed up a set of hinge pins for my lst2 and they failed in about a half a gallon. The wear from being seated into the metal plates at the front and back of the bulkhead ate them up. I'd stick with stock which works great or if you want to upgrade go with lunsford titanium

ah i see. that is one thing i was concerned about. i wonder if they can make some fo rmy usa-1,it has plactic arms.
