Hello all, this is somewhat strange, I have a XXX-NT with the stock engine and have run about 18 tanks through it and now adays when I start it, well.... If I manage to get it started and going without dying at idle almost instantly it will run great for a while and go fast without stalling and everything but then if you stop for a second after a bit of running, when you try and go again it'll stall and be a bitch to start up again. (By bitch I mean it won't start until quite a few minutes later.) Otherwise other times I can't even get it started AT ALL, with the idle needle set right and all it'll start and stall instantly. Can I get help here for both situations, thanks.

But the idle screw is set correctly, it has approximately a 1mm opening.

I would try adjusting the LSN a bit. Sounds like it loads up at an idle, causing it to stall and not want to start up again... What I would suggest, is replacing that stock carb with an OS 10c/10a slide carb. The linkage diagram should be in your manual. After changing out the carb on mine, the Mach .15 came to life...
Good luck..
