carb prob

k well i was driving my savage and i wreked. i broke my throtle line thing that moves when u press the gas. so i glue it and put it back on, glued it and put it back on again. now its really weird when i put the trigger on my radio when it not running it doest move but when it is moving it does. is it supposed to do that? did i break something.....? is there something stuck in it???
thanks in advance if u know the answer. (i have the hyper 21 turbo engine)

its cool now it turned out that i had that throttle saver thing upside down. LOL.................thanks tho,
