Carb idle gap doesn't look right

This doesn't look right, not sure why it isn't going back to the idle gap that it goes to when everything is switched off. When it's on it'll fully open and close about half way.

Try turning the throttle trim to zero. It looks like it's turned up which would open the throttle.

You might need to reset your throttle/brake linkage. Take servo horn off, turn on radio so throttle/brake servo is at neutral, then reinstall servo arm in neutral position.
