Did you take it apart recently that required you to reinstall either the front or rear diff or both?
If so, you may have put one in upside down. They fit in either direction, but only work properly in one direction. Using the parts explosion to figure out which way is right is the easiest. If you have one right and one wrong, they lock each other. Easy way to tell is to spin the wheels when in the air. If the front/rear spin opposite of one another, you got a reversed diff.
