Can't turn the engine over and its new

I just purchased the hyper 7 pcr. It comes with a starter box and no pullstart, the problem is the f***ing starter box won't turn the engine over more than once. What can i do that doesn't involve buying a new starter box or putting any money into the starter box.

The engine turns over without the glow plug, but the second i put one in the wheel just slips on the flywheel. What am i supposed to do?

Do not tighten the glo-plug down all the way. Put it in and then loosen it a 1/4 - 1/2 a turn.

One thing I noticed with my starter box was that it was spinning the wrong way to turn the engine over. You might check that, also.

You might also try to pre heat the head with a hair dryer or heat gun.

also make sure your piston is not TDC (Top Dead Center). Use your finger to turn the piston over from TDC. Then put it back on the starter box and let it rip.
