can't reach top speed (throttle issue?)

i got a VX-18 engine whenever i try to go really fast the engine shuts off.

what must i adjust here?

i always tried slow like really slow cuz I'm new to this now i wanna try faster, well... this happens so what must i adjust? more fuel? or air? i really need to master this quick

Make sure ALL your adjustments are done when it's up to temp, and test drive it a little between each tweak.
