on a DIFFERENT rc site. i would rather not say which site but if you live in Texas you know who iam talking about. i posted a long list of alcoholic beverages, as a JOKE. the cat running the site gave me 25 points. then i posted about big brother telling me what to do, now i have 65 points. theres the thing the rules DO say you can't talk about alcohol, ok iam fine with that. BUT the last part of the rule is telling YOU TO NOT DO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, OR SMOKE. iam ok saying i can't post any thing about those things, iam ok with that. iam NOT ok with someone, that i buy ( $1500) parts from, telling me i can't use those things. what think?

Someone who sells parts should not dictate what you can or cannot do in the privacy of your own home. On the other hand, I can see someone giving you grief if you break the rules of what you can post.

How many points until you get a discount on your next purchase? ;)

discount? didnt think about that. is it kind of like keeping old traffic tickets in the glove box? they go up in value? i CAN understand about keeping the rules.

No ones business what you do on your time as long as it doesn't hurt anyone then its all on you. But, breaking forum rules and then posting about it or posting something close to about it, I can see why you got more points. If you get in trouble, best thing to do is just move on or talk to a mod via pm, never make it public, thats where you probably messed up. But I do agree its no ones business, drink or dont drink, your call but there are rules.

ok i think iam going to get rid of traxxas. so should go to ofna, hpi, or what? it seams that traxxas has a better overall co. what think?
