no matter what i do i can't get the fuel to the engine. i plug the exhaust pipe but the fuel wont move. I've changed my fuel line and the line from the exhaust pipe to the engine but nothing works. any advise?

the line from the exhaust pipe to the engine

It's supposed to go to the tank from the pipe, change it out and that may work better.

ya sorry thats what i ment it is from the tank to the pipe and the other is from the tank to the engine

If you pull the line off the engine and the line off the pipe, then blow in the line to the pipe, does fuel come out? If not, you have a clogged filter in the tank or something.

If it does come out, then your idle/LSN/HSN may be set so low that it's completely shutting off the carb so fuel can get in.

did you try blowing into the exhaust end of the fuel line? if you can't blow the fuel up to and into the carb, chances are the LSN is way too lean blocking off fuel flow. If it won't go, try opening the LSN while blowing to see if the fuel will flow OR try and blow the fuel through with the carb fully opened.
