That is definitely an hpi nitro rs4 chassis. Not sure which generation but the two speed tranny would make it a version 2. The blue chassis is not normal for hpi and could've been changed for some reason. Parts on the other hand are going to be very hard to come by.
 
Thanks guys , it came from a heap of stuff I purchased at a second hand dealer .

He did not know anything about rc cars.

Doesn’t look like any RS4 I’ve seen/had (I've owned most of them) but it could be an obscure rs4 or a hybrid someone put together, it has pivot ball front suspension which is not typical of an rs4, it’s also not a Traxxas 4tec by any means.
Either way, its going to be very difficult to find parts for it.
 
Thanks phins fan , I was going to do a brushless conversion .
But I think I might sell it.
