It is a Yokomo RX ( 4-5 years old ). Do I just buy one and stick it on ?
Right no I use a airplane starter with a doughnut ring on the end to start it and it sucks .

Your problem here, is again no listing of the engine...unless the Yokomo RX is the engine and not the name of the RC. If that is the engine name, then a size to go with it would also be helpful. From there, determining which pull start if any would fit should be a matter of running a search on line.

LOL...beat me to it. My link is better though. It has the engines and the pull starts that go with them...thhhhppp!

Yes the engine is the yokomo rx , but which model there are like 10 on the website, How do i find out how big it is and the model num. ? i bought this used and it is a homemade truck- Mostly Losi parts on custom frame

Look on the engine block (the black portion of the engine). Normally, they label the displacement on the block. From there, you should be able to narrow down which engine you have.

This is what my engine looks like . But without the Pull Starter . Do many differennt engines look the same ? This is a 2002 model . I got mine in 1999 or so . Could this be my engine?

It could be. Your best bet would be to pull a contact e-mail off the site we linked you to, and ask them to help you identify your engine.

or take it to your local hobby shop and show them it may be easier like that they can match some parts for you even if you dont figure out what it is!!
