buying advice

Hello

I have a chane to buy a tmaxx 1.5 in great shape with a load of titanium upgrades and a 2nd parts truck for 200. Tons of extras fuel etc. First off does this sound like a steal? Also can you make a 1.5 into a 2.5?

to me it seems pretty steep. I've seen mint 3.3 maxx's with a bunch of upgrades go for $150.
