This a good brand? I'm almost out! My brother bought 50 for 20 I want 100. Is this quality?

RiDATA is an OK brand.
The only issue is that NewEgg is the 3rd largest purchaser of B and C grade Ritek media. They do get A grade as well but not many.
If + disks are what you want it may be a good deal.
How long, if ever, will it take to get your rebate? How much is shipping? How many bad ones will you get?

After factoring all this in it still may be a good deal.

I read some of the reviews and they where saying that they didnt get any bad ones, Shipping is included in the 36.00$ Then with the rebate its 24.00$ sounds like a good deal to me. I went ahead and bought them knowing they are going to be better then some of the stuff I bought off fleabay.

I bought AVB's

It is a few dollar more than Ritek. But, I am burning it at 12x speed (advertised 8x Max) with 16x NEC 3520A burner.

When burning Audio or Video its always best to use the slowest sped possible.
You will not get and studddddering or pixelazation.

Nowadays I have little time to back-up media so I just buy a pack at Frys and it lasts me a few months. My experience with the cheaper Ritek or Ridata discs are that they are ok for burning, out of 50 I probably get 5-6 coasters. Like Ed said to minimize errors and get good burns you gotta do it at 1-2X.

Single layer, the dual layer are still pretty expensive.

Newegg ship very fast all the time. With FedEx Express Saver and low low shipping price. It is just unbeatable. Sometimes their price is cheaper than eBay. That is the only place I shop for computer needs.
