Bulldozer rampage

This is wild - some guy spent a lot of time making a tank out of a bulldozer and went on a rampage. It has 2 layers of 1/2" steel plate with concrete in between, and it stopped 200 rounds and 3 explosives. Then he killed himself. I'm surprized it wasn't in the news more. I had to search cnn.com to find this:

Yea when I first read that story it amazed me... most people that decide to kill people just snap and pop some caps off... this guy spent umpteen hours building and welding this monstrosaty... you would think that from thought to execution he would have chilled out.. but no... this guy must have really lost his mind....

Oh on a side note in Ca its now illegal to have a bulldozer, steel plate and concrete all in the same place at the same time.
