I'm building a trailer with some wheels i have here. But the wheels have a hex of 19mm. I can't find any adapters to smaller size. Anybody have ideas? I building my own axle.

Welcome.
19 is hard. If it was 14, you could cut the hex spot out of an old wheel and after adding a 12mm hex you would end up with a insert adapter that would work.

The only idea I have is a bearing or bushing 19mm od, and the id of your axle.

I'm working on a few trailers myselft, 1.55 and 1.9 wheel size.

Ofna and duratrax seem to have 19mm. Ofna is out, but there are "related" brands to ofna

had a hi 19mm hex on a buggy do think it was 91 ish.. drilled out some 17mm hexs with no issue to fit hpi shafts.

Find someone to 3d print you some inserts for the wheels like these. These are 12mm down to 6mm or 7mm I think. I didn't see anything for 19mm, but they may be out there somewhere. If not, it would be an easy part to print.
