2 g's on a straight up .21 build. good starting point.
first off you got choices on chassis. the 3 i would recomend
http://www.fullforcerc.com/home.htm one of the nicest
http://www.unlimitedengineering.com/ not the greatst customer service.
http://www.rclimited.com/ this is a company not passed around to much, but does produce quality parts. their .21 conversion kit is real nice and real strong. look a like to the UE chassis.
if i where to recomend a alum suspension kit, right now it would be
http://www.fastlanemachine.com/ . i have a buddy running this, and has beat the living you know what out of it, very good quality.
alum bulks. traxxas, fast lane,
http://www.greatassemblyrc.com/
diffs. been some arguements on what is the better set up,
http://www.maximizerproducts.com/Diffs.html would be my first choice.
http://www.kippster-racing.com/ going 1/8 scale, the UE 7.5 ultra lights are a good deal for strength
http://www.unlimitedengineering.com/SM7.5Diff.shtml
on the diff situtation, i believe the maximizer, shimed right with some cheapy alum cases would work just fine. i perfer the no pin for the spyders over the pin used in the kippster.
tranny. nothing better right now then
http://www.rcrevolution.com/ otb 2 speed tranny. to prove strength
http://www.rcrevolution.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=377.
all i have for now
