I have Kyosho MP 7.5 which is almost Kanai 2 w/ hop ups. What are the regular maintance??

ex. how often do i need to rebuild diff?? Shocks??

There's not really a set plan for maintenance. Change the air filter every 5 tanks or so and you might as well clean your fuel filter while you're at it too. As far as the diffs and shocks go there's really no set pattern as to when you need to rebuild them, at least not like an odometer in your car. Some people will rebuild them/change the oil frequently others never change it for the life of their rc. Certainly if you hear or feel something grinding or getting too smooth or too hard you should at the very least inspect the internals to make sure everything is correct.

Pirata is right, there really is no 'hard in stone' scheduled plan. My maintenance is dictated by when I run. If I run every weekend, then my cleaning/maintenance would be every weekend. I would offer up this though. The two areas that I spend the most time paying attention to after any run are the engine and all the screws. Shocks and diffs, like P said, can go a while. But the engine needs alot of attention. And don't forget those screws. The buzz from the engine can work loose even the most tight of screws. In fact, you should be checking many of those screws during your runs as well.

Thanx for the tips. I hear some quite grinding noise whenever i drive. Where might these come from??

Also i feel like rear diff is little messed up cuz my buggy can make sharper turn to right (almost spinning) than left. am i right??

My Storm came with only grease on the diffs. I have sinced added diff oil and it made a big difference on the track. When my buggy is on the starter box, and I spin any wheel, the only sound I hear is the sound coming from the pinion/spur. That's it. Without taking a few things apart it's hard to say where your grinding is coming from. Could be the diffs, and your turning problem might be a hint that there is a diff problem, could be dirty bearings in the wheels. If you can hear this grinding while you're running, either you have very good hearing, or the grinding is severe. Take the time and check it out now before what might be just a dirty bearing or worn spider gear, turns into something bigger.

If that was the case then I'd do scheduled maintenance every time I bashed. Crimony, I'll leave last week's mud on there for months on end unless I broke something in that case I might, I said might, clean it while I am fixing the broken parts.

I'm gonna do detail cleaning next week since it's spring break~!! i abused it soo much, it needs some minor repairs. thanx for the tips guys. oh yeah, check out my other question on the board.
