I need some help, I just recently got my buggy back from the LHS, where they put in an lrp .30. The first couple of runs were off the charts, now I think my front diff may be bad. When I spin the front wheels with my hand they are very stiff, when I took off the wheels and tried turning the hub it is even stiffer, the back wheels spin fine. The breaks on the front also is damaged, with break shoes bulging out. So I don't know if it is the breaks or the diff. Also can this more powerful motor mess up my stock diffs? looks like the extra speed cooked the breaks, do I need to upgrade both diffs and breaks?
