broken servo (2055)

i broke the gears inside the servo (steering) on my nitro stampede.. it's the first thing i have broken on it; so i was kinda proud!
anyways, i am just wondering if there is any upgrades i can do, or if i just have to keep replacing the internal gears??

i just flipped it, and i guess it caught the tire just right and snapped the gear that connects to the servo saver...

best upgrad is to buy a Hitec 645 MG for 43ish bux. or a JR Z650 MG servo for about 50ish bux. the 2055 barely cut muster in my honest opinion.

yup go with the hitec and do a single servo steering setup.thats what I'm about to do .just waiting on the stuff in the mail.Go check out ebay for the stuff , sometimes you can find it real cheap.

The 2055's kinda blew, IMO. I used to run a Revo and the single servo conversion was one of the first things I did. I am in the process of gathering up a couple things to sell and I know I have a brand new JR650Z still in package I might be willing to make you a deal on. PM me if your interested.

I second what Jet says; the JR650Z is a PERFECT steering servo. Lots of torque and plenty of speed. And, if memory serves, it's metal geared.
